firmware-amd-graphics software package provides Binary firmware for AMD/ATI graphics chips, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-amd-graphics
firmware-amd-graphics is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-amd-graphics package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-amd-graphics *
You will get with firmware-amd-graphics package name, version, architecture and description in a table
